Northeast Coastal Properties are a family owned and operated business, with over 25 years in the Property Rental Business. We are from the Northeast of England, and wanted to provide luxury accommodation in the beautiful village of seahouses for people to enjoy some of the most amazing coastline and countryside in the world.

Every single item from the exterior stonework, to the towels you dry your face on, has all been carefully selected by a member of our very own family!

The apartments were actually a year late on completion, due to our extremely high standards, and our demand for the very highest of quality.
